Rallee

Co-founder

My wife and I launched a free care-coordination platform to support people you love. I lead strategy and execution across product, UX, marketing and customer success. I work with one senior engineer and a lot of AI tooling. I brought on Blackhawk Network and Pledge so people can send gift cards and crowdfund in the app. We started Rallee for my mom after she was diagnosed with cancer. Since then, we have helped over 15,000 people support their friends and loved ones.

AI for climate

I executed partnerships that helped scale Google’s Public Alerts, SOS Alerts, Earthquake Alerts, Air Quality products, AI flood forecasting and AI wildfire boundary products in 100+ countries. I built partnerships with UN agencies, private companies, governments and nonprofits, and I secured moments for our VP at COP 27 and 28, Africa Climate Week and the UN WMO Congress.

AI literacy

I led partnerships and helped with the go-to-market strategy for AI Quests, a game-based course that teaches students AI through real Google Research projects in health, climate and science. The user research I helped run helped the course win a Webby and a Lovie award.

I secured a partnership with Stanford, and I’m a co-author with them on an ISLS paper that highlights the importance of multi-stakeholder partnerships.

Hurricane Maria

While 20,000 volunteers cooked and delivered meals across Puerto Rico, I ran headquarters operations. I was leading fundraising, marketing and communications, but also became the interim bookkeeper, worked with our operations team, coordinated food distributors and managed payments on a multi-million dollar FEMA contract.

Dine N Dash

José Andrés’s night of dining for World Central Kitchen inside 30 of DC’s best restaurants. I grew it from 600 guests to 2,500 and secured sponsors including MGM, Charles Schwab, Accenture, Big Green Egg, Nestlé and Mastercard.

World Food Day

I took a local campaign national, with chefs including Niki Nakayama, Thomas Keller, David Chang, Stephanie Izard and Roy Choi. We scaled it through Resy, OpenTable and media partners.

AIM Rebrand

The brand wasn’t telling our story well. I pitched and led an in-house rebrand: new messaging, logo, guidelines and website across the nonprofit’s brands. Later, as VP, I ran an 18-person revenue team and grew revenue through sales, monthly donor programs, events, and digital fundraising.

Meta Augmented Reality Partnership

An augmented reality campaign about human trafficking, built with Meta and four international NGOs: AIM, A21, IJM and ECPAT. I helped craft the story with the Art Director from Meta. People followed butterflies across Instagram, Facebook and Horizon Worlds into an immersive story told by survivors, then landed on hotlines and resources. I represented AIM in the partnership. It became Meta’s first case study on using AR for nonprofits.

Anthem

Our founders asked for a shareable accessories brand that employs survivors of trafficking. I built it from the ground up. I wrote the business plan, designed products with influencers, sourced suppliers, made the packaging with a graphic designer and built a referral program. It beat revenue projections by 2×.
